2. Description of Service

St. Pio Smart Kids Education provides early childhood playschool curriculums, after-school tuition programs, cultural activities, and student dashboard features through our online ERP portal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.

3. Student ERP & Account Responsibility

Some features of this site (such as the Student ERP Portal and Tiny Tots reports) require unique access credentials. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your student ID, password, or PIN.
All activities that occur under your credential profile.
Promptly notifying administration if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Permitted Use

Users agree to use the site only for lawful purposes related to their role as a student, parent, or staff member. Prohibited actions include: hacking, scraping, trying to bypass security barriers (e.g. brute-forcing the admin PIN), or uploading unauthorized scripts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including crest logos, custom butterfly cursor graphics, mascot designs, text, and code structures, is the intellectual property of St. Pio Smart Kids Education. No part of this site may be reproduced or copied without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials on this site are provided on an "as is" basis. St. Pio Smart Kids Education makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding system uptime or suitability for a particular purpose. In no event shall the school be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the student dashboard.
